Our Elite modular software suite was originally launched in 1981 and has been continuously improved in technology, functionality, processing power and ease-of-use ever since. Designed for larger and growing businesses, Elite combines fast data entry with large volume capability and unequalled management information features.  The elite range covers most business and industry sectors. Elite Foreman
Elite Foreman is a combined job cost and sales order processing system designed specifically for companies whose business processes require a mixture of job costing (for site installations or special project) plus standard sales order processing. Both operations may require to share stock/product files and POP facilities.  A range of optional sub-modules is available for quotations, maintenance contract control, customer care & marketing, estimating, document control and other engineering-specific functions.   Elite Foreman is currently in use at several large engineering & manufacturing companies.
Elite CIS
Elite CIS is a job costing package designed specifically for the contracting sector. It offers full job costing capabilities for labour and material with committed cost reporting in each case.  It supports a range of revenue control options which covers standard sales invoicing and payment applications (with deferred VAT).  The Subcontractors module fully conforms to CIS 2007 (or Irish RCT) legislation and provides electronic data transfer to HMRC.  Elite CIS support multi-currency operation.  The Job Control Module provides a comprehensive range of facilities to monitor and control all aspects of jobs and projects, including an information database, document control, detailed budgets, detailed costs, POs raised, materials not yet ordered, WIP and invoice control, and basic material and resource planning.  Elite CIS integrates with several ledger and payroll packages.
Elite Retailer
Elite Retailer provides complete management of all retail operations from till to merchandising to back office accounts via two modules. Elite FlexiPOS runs on standard PC hardware and is designed to emulate the operation and functionality of a sophisticated electronic till. Being software driven, the appearance of the “till” can be varied to suit the application. Elite Merchandiser is the “back office controller” and shop database. It provides full control over all till sales, products, stock, pricing, deferred deliveries and customer database. Optionally, it can also include telesales and purchase ordering. Built-in communication facilities in Elite provide synchronisation between Merchandiser and Sage Line 50 or Sage MMS. This link will operate locally or remotely.
Elite Flexitrader
Elite FlexiTrader was launched in 2002 as a semi-bespoke package aimed at companies whose order processing requirements cannot be met by a standard of-the-shelf software package.  It comprises a range of fully-developed and tested “business templates” covering order entry, picking, despatch, purchase ordering and stock control.  These are linked together and enhanced as required to form a semi-bespoke OP system thus offering most of the advantages of a fully-bespoke systems but at a fraction of the cost.  If your competitive edge depends on the efficient order processing systems you have developed over the years, then Elite FlexiTrader may allow you to retain your exact functionality whilst moving forward to a modern-generation Windows-based information system.
Elite Recruit
Elite Recruitment is designed for Employment Agencies to handle both permanent placements and temporary bookings. It provides comprehensive client management from initial enquiry through to final Sales Invoice.  Candidate search facilities are very powerful, easy to use and include the ability to search within the candidates CV Files. Consultants can store “short lists” for on-going processing and can also share these with other users.  An integrated diary is used to record upcoming appointments and to maintain contact history.  Temporary worker timesheets are generated automatically for the duration of the Booking eliminating manual creation tasks. Timesheets are then processed and validated before being seamlessly posted to Sage Payroll for payment. Elite Recruitment has particularly powerful merge capabilities with Microsoft Word and Excel. It also supports Email and SMS texting systems direct from the application.
