We assess each of our clients individually and recommend a tailored solution comprised of existing Sage and Elite products combined with bespoke modules as appropriate.

Before making any recommendations, we first of all undertake an analysis of the client's requirements, either by a site visit or by reviewing an existing Statement of Requirements. We then look for a suitable solution by undertaking the following process:

1. The first stage is to identify if there is a suitable solution within our standard range of Sage and Elite products. If this is this case, only installation and training will be required.

2. Our next step is to determine if a better "fit" can be obtained by customising our existing products, for example by making enhancements to data entry screens or management reporting. All enhancements will be upwardly compatible with future releases of the product.

3. Finally, we consider if a fully bespoke package would be the best solution. 

Although Elite software can interface with several UK software packages, TMS only supports directly solutions based on Sage "mid-market" software. For Elite solutions linking to other packages, we are happy to work with the suppliers of these systems. Alternatively, Elite software solutions can be obtained from one of our accredited Business Partners in the UK or Ireland, many of whom are able to support systems such as Pegasus Opera and Sun Systems directly.

We are fully-accredited Sage Software Developers and have developed many bespoke "add-ons." We are in regular communication with all levels of the Sage development team and participate in the appropriate pre-release "beta test programs." Naturally, our staff are fully trained in all the Sage products which we offer.
